I like to have a minimally invasive approach while capturing photos throughout the day so you can focus on what is important, your friends, family and most importantly each other.

Every package has unlimited photos included to ensure every special moment is captured.

Ideal for couples planning a smaller ceremony

Essence Wedding Package:
Ideal for couples looking for photo coverage up to the reception
Package Includes:

> 6 Hours of photography
> Post processing of images
> Unlimited processed images provided to you via download link (High Resolution images for print and lower resolution for online use)

Absolute Wedding Package:
Ideal for couples looking for full photo coverage of their wedding day
Package Includes:

> 8 Hours of photography

What to expect when booking Xavier White Photography
What’s the process?
If you and your partner decide I would be a good fit to photograph your wedding day, let’s talk!
Contact Xavier:
Let’s discuss your wedding day and confirm my availability for the day. You can contact me via email, phone call, SMS, contact form on my website or even Facebook messenger. We will discuss your wedding day and what you are looking for from a photography perspective and I can help you select a suitable photography package to meet your photography needs. If we determine a standard package does not quite work, I can customize a personalised package to meet your needs.
Lock it in:
Once a package has been selected, I will email you an invoice for the package requesting a deposit to be paid to secure the requested date. A $500 deposit is required to secure the date. **
What’s Next?
We will catchup roughly 4 weeks before the wedding to confirm details of your wedding day and lock in a photography plan for the big day. This will be completed either in person, via phone call or video call, whichever you prefer. I will share this plan with you for confirmation and so you will know what to expect on the day.
Final payment of the remaining balance for the photography package is due before the date of the wedding.
The wedding day:
I will photograph the day in alignment with the photography plan. Capturing memories of your special day. Remembering this will be a relaxed and fun approach!
After the wedding:
Within 24 Hours, I will provide you a few ‘sneak peek’ photos for you to share with your friends and family. This will be delivered via a digital download link.
Within 14 days of the wedding I will provide you with the full photo gallery via digital download link. ***
Ongoing support:
If you require assistance accessing or downloading your photos I am here to help. Also, if you would like an image printed professionally, I am able to facilitate this for a fee.
Terms and Conditions:
* Travel more than 30km from Bendigo will incur a charge of $0.78c per KM
** The $500 deposit is non-refundable. This is due to the pre-work involved for your wedding as well as us booking out the weekend for your special day.
*** Digital download links will be active for 6 Months from the date full photo gallery is provided
